If you are looking to purchase, sell, or upgrade in any form with a Penthouse, sub penthouse or luxury apartment, I have over the past fifteen years in particular been fortunate to list and sell some of the most delightful properties on offer on the Gold Coast. Your requirements are usually specific, as in you want to live in a Strictly Residential building (no holiday lettings) or you want to be ON THE SAND
(no roads to cross) or maybe a small block of twenty apartments or less. Please make the call, I often have properties quietly sitting on my desk waiting for the right buyer. Not necessarily out there being publicly marketed. Often my vendors and purchasers want to be very discreet in their sale or purchase and it does not make the papers as such.

Given the amount of time I have been involved in Real Estate you can imagine that I have sold many prestigeous homes and properties from Hamilton Island, Mount Tamborine, Kirra, Paradise Point, Isle of Capri, Sorrento, Hedges Avenue and more.
