Anyone who has followed the exciting evolution of the Gold Coast Real Estate will be familiar with the name Del La Parker, Executive Realtor.

Del’s impressive career spans the Gold Coast property scene since the late 70’s. Joining Ray White in 1974 as a consultant and later as Principal and Franchise owner of Raine & Horne Surfers Paradise, she was also one of the first women Auctioneers in Queensland. Del is quick to reflect on a career that has brought excitement and pleasure to her over an extended period. Her motivation, dedication and professionalism have carried her through many successes. She has certainly developed an affinity with prestige and luxury properties, particularly over the past fifteen years especially in the Broadbeach area.  In today’s market you need maturity and experience working for you.

As a Ray White “Elite Performer”, Del has enjoyed continuous success and was highly rated in the Ray White organisation. Winner of many awards, from top performer at Broadbeach continually, top ten internationally, winner of the Marketing and Excellence award for Ray White, an Alan White Club Life Member, REIQ Salesperson of the Year, and a REIQ accredited Member, Del has been recognised constantly for her high performances and dedication to the job and the industry.

To enable busy agents to efficiently manage the finer points of running their real estate offices, it is beneficial to engage the services of a well-trained personal assistant. Since they can be younger trainee type men and women, Del has found that her P.A’s are often university graduates who are seeking a career in the Real Estate Industry. Del has trained some exceptional assistants who have gone on to higher careers in Real Estate.
